No, life coaching is not therapy, nor is it a replacement. The two are distinct but can be complementary.

  • Therapy typically focuses on the past, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
  • Life Coaching is future-focused. Coaches meet clients where there are now and help them develop a clear plan for what's next.

Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or advise clients. They act as a partner who helps clients find the answers and clarity needed to move forward."
